We back both solo founders and teams. Some of the best companies began with a single founder, and if you are ambitious, committed, and strong in your craft, we will support you and help you find complementary teammates.
In our incubation model, which is separate from direct investments, we assemble teams, run sprints to test chemistry, and back those that show strength together. Core members are expected to be based in Europe, the United Kingdom, or United States after the first raise to build momentum. For direct investments, geography is not a barrier. What matters is global potential.

We co-invest. We do not lead rounds, take board seats, demand control rights, or charge legal fees. Our role is to help founders close faster, on clean terms, and strengthen syndicates rather than crowd them.
Some founders want hands-on support with strategy, hiring, or fundraising, while others prefer investors who stay in the background. We adapt. Our role is to add value when it helps and to step back when it does not.

Incubation means building from the ground up, unlike investment where we back an existing team. Ventures begin with Inevitable ownership, with Reza acting as interim Chief Business Officer, and transition to founders and investors over time.
We have not launched our first build yet and plan to incubate only one venture a year, given the focus and effort involved. If your idea fits our thesis and shows conviction, you are welcome to pitch it. The strongest builds will be co-built with founders, combining their vision with our resources and community.

That is completely fine. We invest on clean, founder-first terms and do not take board seats or control rights. Some founders want active support, others prefer capital only. We adapt to the founder’s style. Our role is to add value when it helps and give space when it does not.

Our scouting program is opening up now, and early scouts will help shape it. If you refer a founder and we invest, you receive a cash reward at close. Consistent scouts also earn long-term carry, sharing in the success of every company we back, not only the ones you bring. Over time, this upside can be worth far more than single bounties, and scouts gain access to our ecosystem of founders, investors, and partners.
Anyone can scout: engineers working as angels, operators who meet founders early, designers who make launch videos or landing pages, or community builders who spot ambitious talent before others do. We care more about hustle and insight than credentials. Consistent scouts join our inner circle, with introductions to partners and often first calls when we grow teams.

Partners include co-investors, community builders, startup advisors, corporates, and service providers. We see partners as part of the same ecosystem we are building with founders and scouts: people who bring real value and grow with us as companies scale.
We often support partner events without cost, because helping the community thrive helps founders too.

Each submission is logged into Attio and reviewed directly. If it is a fit, you will usually hear from us within a week. We often set up a quick call, ask for more material, and agree on next steps.
